At My Craft Studio, each item is custom-made with care, and we strive to ensure every order meets our high-quality standards. Due to the personalized nature of our products, our return, refund, and exchange policies are as follows:

Returns:

Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return. Please follow these steps:

Contact Us – Visit the contact section on our website and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Approval Process – Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you if your return is approved. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returning the Item – The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

Refunds are only issued once the damaged item has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges only for the same item if it arrives damaged. To request an exchange:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the damage.
Once approved, return the damaged item following our return process.
We will send a replacement of the same item once the return is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items:

Since all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.
Slight variations in color, texture, or design due to the nature of handcrafted and engraved items.

Shipping Issues:

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
